Laschal® Linear Prosthetic Forceps
This forcep is used to grab and secure a wide-range of implant prosthetics such as healing abutments and impression copings. The jaws of the forceps are closed at rest, ensuring that no prosthetics are dropped within the mouth. The material used to make these forcep is implant and prosthetic friendly, ensuring that you do not damage implants or prosthetics during placement. The straight design makes this forcep especially useful in the anterior. Simply spread the handles outward to open the jaws, and close the handles to grip the prosthetic. Although the forcep secures the prosthetic tightly, it also holds it loose enough to rotate. This make placement easy as initially threading can be accomplished with the jaws of the forcep still engaged.

Lightweight Material
The type of steel used by Laschal is also very light in weight. This makes handling much easier and more precise. It also allows the needle holder to transmit vibrations very easily, allowing for high tactile feedback. This allows clinicians to feel what is happening at the tip of the instrument, allowing surgeons to make corrections based on feel. Although the instrument is very light, the strength and durability of the instrument is not negatively effected.

Corrosion Resistant
The low carbon content in the steel used by Laschal makes this instrument very resistant to corrosion. The surface of the instrument will remain free of surface imperfections if properly sterilized. This ensures that your instrument stays looking clean and that the mechanical features of this needle holder are not affected by corrosion.
